Children in Year 1 had a great day raising money for children in need and taking part in Pudsey activities.
IJ played spotty games in the hall and had a go at pointillism (spotty pictures) in the afternoon.

Environmental Art
Environmental Art
Children in 1J have been looking at the art work of the artist Andy Goldsworthy.
This afternoon they created their own piece of environmental art using leaves.
They have also been collecting leaves, making rubbings, printing with leaves and will soon create collages in the style of Andy Goldsworthy.
Look out for our art work in school!
On our trip to Birmingham Botanical Gardens in a few weeks time we hope to find out more about Andy.
