πŸ‘What do we want? EQUALITY! when do we want it? NOW!!!!πŸ‘

As part of Welford's celebration of Black History Month, 1A have spent the whole week learning about Rosa Parks and her important role in changing segregation laws in America.

We created posters to use during our fabulous protest that surely turned a few heads around school! Along the way we asked for equality, freedom and peace! ✌πŸ’ͺπŸ‘

We have really enjoyed learning about Rosa Parks! Do you know any significant people in black history?
